In 2008, a 22 year-old client purchased a public house in a village in Nottinghamshire. A talented business woman with a vision for a traditional pub combined with entrepreneurial spirit, she restored this previously loss-making business to profitability in just 2 years.
The award winning pub is now a name to reckon with in the local area, with an ever expanding clientele and reputation for a family friendly wet and dry pub with great event facilities.
With her background and experience as a publican our client had the technical and practical knowledge necessary to run a pub successfully. Prior to purchase, the pub held just 12 functions each year – today this is almost 50. Due to such demand, the client will soon be replicating her success in a second pub.
